WebOct 8, 2024 · The following page contains the walkthrough of A Snare of Shadows side quest in The Bard's Tale IV: Barrows Deep. The quest contains multiple puzzles from previous missions. The guide describes every puzzle in Mangar's Tower. The quest starts after the conversation with men on the upper floor of old Hero's Guild. Upon wielding it, the snare bestows a part of its nature upon its wielder, making them partly invisible as well, which manifests as the great AC bonus it provides. The character using it shifts and wavers constantly, so they are much more difficult to strike in combat.
