Basicially you get a shift in temps after you ovulate, so you normally see lower temps pre ovulation, then a step up after you ovulate. If you have enough hormones to have a BFP at this early stage then that's got to be a very positive sign. I had niggly pains on my right side from very early post BFP all the way through my pregnancy with my DS. They didn't entirely go until after he was born.
